Her Mind Her Body Wellness Program is our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program [PRP], which is licensed and approved by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.  Furthermore, our Wellness Program is Accredited by CARF, meaning, we have been recognized as representing excellence by a national accrediting governing body.   If you qualify for enrollment in our Wellness Program, you can expect to gain, obtain, and master holistic life skills.  More specifically, our program differs from traditional PRP programs because we specialize in organically collaborating with women and girls through the use of Holistic Modalities that will help you set aside time to internally reflect and make healthy life evolving decisions.

​The purpose of our Wellness Program is to empower, educate, and model healthy behavior in the community. We promote restored mental, physical, spiritual, and nutritional health which will encourage and improve your well-being and life longevity.

​Our Holistic Life Skills Specialist assist with sowing seeds by teaching you daily life, financial, vocational, educational, social, and interpersonal skills. You can expect weekly meetings incorporating mind, body, and spiritual approaches with nutrition and beauty consulting intertwined.  Ongoing Mental Health therapy is also provided by our licensed therapists in conjunction with Holistic Counseling Services.

Expect to learn self-soothing styles that allow you to manage emotions and cognitive capabilities that will increase:
