Our Licensed Mental Health Therapists practice from an integrative approach tailored to your individual needs, using modalities such as existential, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, psychoanalytic, and client-centered therapy.

We want to strengthen your harmony with your body. As a means of improving self-esteem and body image and reducing stress, you will have access to group exercise at our on-site fitness studio, which is open to the public. Exclusive classes are also held separately, once a month, for women and girls who are connected with a Holistic Life Skills Coach in our Wellness Program.

All HMHB classes require registration and must be prepaid. There are no refunds. Please plan ahead for daycare, as there is no public childcare available. If you have paid for a class, you may reschedule within one week of the date of the original class. Our receptionist will gladly assist you with registering online.

Use Her Voice Virtual Lounge to challenge yourself and support other women by posting your goals, progress, and more. Share your fitness journey and what motivates you to stay on track. Explore the many approaches to incorporating nutrition into daily life, from preparing fresh meals at home, to engaging with meal prepping, to becoming aware of what you’re feeding your body while you’re out fine-dining.
In Her Voice Virtual Lounge you can:
• Show off your skills chopping up fresh vegetables and sautéing food on your stovetop.
• Make your plate colorful and post pics a few times a week.
• List your favorite ingredients or recipes for other women to experiment with in their own kitchens.
• Participate in contests and challenge yourself to engage with a health-focused community where women connect with class.
Your Holistic Life Skills Coach will challenge you to:
• Be mindful of portion control and calorie maintenance.
• Make personal menus to plan your meals each week.
• Add more greens, fruit, and water to your diet instead of unhealthy fast food.
• Balance daily food intake with work, home, and personal life.
Take your health a step further and post your pre- or post-workout meals and a summary of what made you choose that particular selection. List your current goals and develop new ones. Track your progress, sharing how incorporating certain foods or drinks has helped you lose or maintain weight.
Throughout the opening and closing chapters within each woman’s story at HMHB, our Holistic Team will gradually “organically introduce her to herself.”

When we women do not feel attractive, beautiful, or self-connected, what goes first? Yes, our self-esteem. We obsess over the smallest things about ourselves, from our looks to the elasticity of our bodies and faces. We over-examine ourselves and become convinced others notice these same traits that we hate.
Insecurities can make us cancel dates with friends or lovers because we feel we don’t look right in an outfit, or we can’t get our makeup to blend, or our hair is just not behaving as we desire it to. Other beauty challenges create long-term self-esteem issues, social anxiety, and problems with intimacy (this is a big one). It is hard to become aroused when we don’t feel beautiful; even when our partners are coming on to us, we may be focused on insecurities instead.
Within our Wellness Program, HMHB provides a wide variety of ideas and practices to connect you with yourself in your purest form. We redefine beauty and get your mind focused on accepting and developing who you are.
Additionally, our exclusive online forum, Her Voice, encourages women in the softest and most creative ways. It’s time we break down the word beauty together. There is nothing wrong with putting on your face, clothes, hair, and image…but we challenge you to be comfortable with or without it. After all, it’s not the external that drives the beauty, but the woman behind the wheel.
We believe women should take pride in themselves for self-preservation and simply to embrace their being. You only get one life in the body you were born with, so make it count!
